Welcome to Align. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Align at app.alignfaith.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Align. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed without notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or transfer your account to another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Align only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with our Community Guidelines. You may not use the platform to:

• Post content that is harmful, offensive, false, or violates the rights of others
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other members
• Engage in sexual solicitation or send unsolicited explicit content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Promote outside businesses, services, or organizations without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its data
• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation

5. Content You Post

You retain ownership of the content you post on Align. By posting content, you grant Align a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you share and its accuracy. Align reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Align require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Termination

Align reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your content may be removed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Align is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Align and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Align after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
